The 3D principle

The 3D principle

The clever kinematical use of biomechanical leverage and the combination of multiple axes of rotation give our 3D training machinery their unique motion paths.

It works, as shown in the illustration, as follows:

Setting the equipment in motion, the training handles are in a narrow starting position. As the exercise proceeds, the handgrips move to a pre-defined peak position, curving outward and then converge again towards the end position.

This results in a more effective load on the muscles without straining the joints.

We have designed four pieces of training equipment that make use of 3D technology in particular for the shoulders:
3D rowing machine
3D chest press
3D lat pull-down trainer
3D shoulder press

A training plan including all four machines comprehensively exercises the pectoral girdle.
